【摘要】 目的:探讨氩氦刀微创治疗恶性肿瘤术后冷冻复苏后的护理方法。方法:对2011年1月~2014年3月我院56例恶性肿瘤患者施以超声或CT引导下经皮穿刺氩氦刀冷冻微创治疗,并对患者进行术后常规护理及冷冻复苏护理。结果:56例患者术后恢复良好,未出现严重的术后并发症。结论:冷冻复苏护理是防治氩氦刀冷冻微创术后相关并发症的有效措施,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of freezing-thawing nursing after minimally invasive argon-helium cryosurgical treatment for malignant tumor. Methods: For January 2011-March 2014 in our hospital 56 cases of cancer patients subjected to ultrasound or CT-guided percutaneous cryoablation minimally invasive treatment,and patient care and refrigeration recovery after conventional treatments. Results: 56 patients recovered well and no cases of serious postoperative complications appeared. Conclusion: Freezing-thawing nursing care is an effective measure against the related postoperative complications after minimally invasive argon-helium cryosurgical treatment.
