【摘要】 目的:探讨多元化护理干预对精神分裂症患者自我管理行为和康复的影响。方法:选择2013年1月~2014年9月我院住院的72例精神分裂症患者,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者在抗精神病药物系统治疗的基础上实施精神科常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施多元化护理干预。治疗16周后采用阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)和自我管理行为调查问卷评定两组的效果。结果:经治疗和护理后,观察组患者的PANSS评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我管理行为各项评分优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化护理干预有利于精神分裂症患者的康复,提高自我管理效能,从而改善生活质量,是精神科护理发展的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influence of diversified nursing intervention on self management behavior and rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients. Methods: 72 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group patients with psychiatric routine nursing based on system of antipsychotic treatment,while the observation group based on the treatment and nursing of the implementation of diversified nursing intervention. 16 weeks after treatment the positive and negative symptoms scale( PANSS) questionnaire and self management behavior to assess the effect of two groups. Results: After the treatment and nursing,patients in the observation group the PANSS score was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05). To observe the ability of daily life,the drug group patients self disposal,symptom self adjustment and mental self adjustment of self management behavior score was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups. There was also significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The diversity of nursing intervention is beneficial to rehabilitation in schizophrenic patients,improve the self management efficiency,so as to improve the quality of life,is the needs of the development of psychiatric nursing.更多还原
