【摘要】 目的:探讨延续性自我管理教育在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的应用效果。方法:将50例UC患者随机等分为对照组和试验组,两组患者住院期间均给予常规护理及院内自我管理教育,对照组出院后给予常规随访,试验组则给予为期3个月的延续性自我管理教育,比较两组患者的疾病知识水平、自我管理能力、生命质量以及疾病复发率。结果:实施延续性自我管理教育后,试验组的疾病知识水平、自我管理能力、生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),疾病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续性自我管理教育能有效提高UC患者的疾病知识水平、自我管理能力、生活质量以及减少疾病的复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of a continued self- management education program in patients with ulcerative colitis( UC). Methods: Totally50 UC patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The control group was given routine care and self- management education in hospital. In addition,continued self- management education was implemented in the experimental group for a period of 3 months. The health knowledge level,self- management ability,quality of life and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. Results: After the continued self- management education,all of the evaluation indicators in experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The continued self- management education can reduce the recurrence and effectively improve the health knowledge level,self-management ability and quality of life in patients with UC.更多还原
