【摘要】 目的调查临床护士血标本采集知识教育现状,为做好护士血标本采集知识的教育和培训提供参考。方法用自行设计的调查问卷对390名护士行血标本采集知识教育现状的调查。结果 53.6%护士认为缺乏标本采集的相关知识,希望有学习的机会;血标本采集知识教育主要的学习困难为没有完整规范的制度与流程、检验科没有有效的反馈机制;主要学习内容是采血前准备、正确的标本采集法;主要知识获取途径是护士指导、护理操作培训;主要学习方式是临床带教、课堂讲授;对不常用血标本采集知识维持熟练状态的方法有同事操作时到现场观看、护理操作培训,而查阅院内局域网较少。结论临床护士血标本采集知识教育相对缺乏,医院需完善相关制度和流程、加强血标本采集的教育和培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate education status of knowledge on blood sample collection for clinical nurses in order to provide evidence for education and training on knowledge on blood sample collection for nurses.Method Investigate 390 nurses on education status of knowledge on blood sample collection by self-designed questionnaire.Result 53.6% of the nurses feel themselves not to have enough knowledge on sample collection and hope for learning.The main learning difficulties are incomplete and non-standard system and procedure and lack of feedback mechanism from laboratory department.The main learning contents are pre-collection preparation and correct blood sampling method.The main learning approaches are nurses’ guidance and nursing procedure training.The main learning forms are clinical teaching and classroom lectures.The main methods to maintain proficiency of occasionally used knowledge are watching others’ procedure and nursing procedure training.Few will consult to local area network.Conclusion Clinical nurses lack knowledge on blood sample collection.Hospitals should improve related system and procedure and enhance education and training on blood sample collection.更多还原
