【Abstract】 There exist five different views over which subject investigation study belongs to,namely,law,police science,criminology,criminal science and comprehensive discipline. However,none of them is fully reasonable. The investigation study has the characteristics of politics,practice and comprehensiveness. The objects of the study are investigative system,investigation behavior and investigation laws. With its own style,investigation study should exist as an independent discipline.更多还原
