紫花苜蓿不同生长期收割产量及营养分析

【摘要】 为了探索贵州省农区不同生长期紫花苜蓿收割鲜草产量和干物质产量的变化规律,试验在紫花苜蓿营养期、花期、枯萎期等不同生长期收割,分别测定了各生长期鲜草产量、干草产量、水分、粗蛋白、粗纤维含量。结果表明:紫花苜蓿不同生长期收割产量差异很大,花期收割的鲜草产量、风干物质产量和蛋白质产量均高于营养期和枯萎期;粗蛋白、粗水分含量随着生长期的延长呈下降趋势,不同生长期之间差异显著(P<0.05);粗纤维含量随着生长时期变化呈上升趋势,不同生长期之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。

【Abstract】 To explore the variation law between the yields of fresh forage and dry mass of alfalfa harvested in different growing periods in the rural areas of Guizhou province,alfalfa was harvested in different growing periods including the vegetative,flowering and withering periods,respectively. The yields of fresh forage and dry mass,the content of moisture,crude protein and crude fiber of alfalfa were determined in different growing periods,respectively. The results showed that the yield of alfalfa was significant( P < 0. 01) in different growing periods. The yields of fresh forage,dry mass and protein of alfalfa harvested in the flowering period were significantly higher than those in the vegetative and withering periods. The contents of crude protein and moisture of alfalfa was tended to decrease with the elongation of growing periods,and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05) in different growing periods,but crude fiber content of alfalfa presented an increasing trend with the changes in growing periods,and the difference was highly significant( P < 0. 01) during different growing periods.
