【摘要】 为了研究动物消化系统的结构功能,试验采用狼及狼犬杂交子代的消化道,研究狼及狼犬杂交子代消化道的比较解剖学方法,验证狼与狼犬杂交子代消化道是否存在异同。结果表明:大多数狼及狼犬杂交子代消化道部分差异不显著,但在小肠部分长度、肠腺分布数量、肝脏及脾脏等方面存在一定差异。说明狼及狼犬杂交子代在部分消化道上具有一定的生态适应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the structure and function of the animal’s digestive system,the digestive tracts of wolves and wolf- dog hybrid offsprings were used for the study on comparative anatomy of the digestive tracts between wolves and wolf- dog hybrid offsprings,and then the existence of differences and similarities of the digestive tracts was verified. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the most parts of the digestive tracts between wolves and wolf- dog hybrid offsprings,but there are some differences in the part of the length of small intestine,distribution quantity of intestinal glands,liver and spleen and other aspects. The results indicate that the wolves and wolf- dog hybrid offsprings have certain ecological adaptability on the part of the digestive tract.更多还原
