【摘要】 为了研究林蛙卵对ICR幼鼠生长发育的影响,探索林蛙卵的食用价值,试验采用雌性ICR幼鼠60只,随机分为6组,处理Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮(对照组),处理Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组分别饲喂林蛙卵替代基础日粮的10%、20%、30%、40%、50%的饲料,预试期5 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:30%林蛙卵组幼鼠生长最快。说明林蛙卵可促进ICR幼鼠生长发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of Rana chensinensis eggs on growth of institute of cancer research( ICR) mice and explore their edible value. Sixty female ICR mice were randomly assigned into six treatment groups. Group Ⅰ was fed basal diet as a control group,and the groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were fed Rana chensinensis eggs instead of 10%,20%,30%,40%,and 50% of the basal diet,respectively. The pre- test period and the test period lasted for 5 days and 35 days,respectively. The results showed that the young mice in the group fed 30% of Rana chensinensis eggs grew fastest. The result indicates that Rana chensinensis eggs can promote the growth of female ICR mice.更多还原
