【摘要】 为推进玉簪工厂化育苗进程,以MS为基本培养基,研究不同激素配比培养基对4个玉簪品种组培苗组培快繁的影响。结果表明:Hosta‘Big Daddy’在MS+4.0mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1 NAA培养基上的启动效果最好。金鹰和小黄金叶在MS+3.5 mg·L-16-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA培养基上的启动效果最好。MS+2.5mg·L-16-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA为翠鸟最适启动培养基。4个玉簪品种均在6-BA5.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1培养基上的增殖效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote industrial seedling of Hosta plantaginea,taking MS as basic medium,the effect of different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA on rapid propagation of four Hosta plantaginea varieties was studied.The results showed that the medium with MS+4.0mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1 NAA had the best startup effect for Hosta ‘Big Daddy’,the medium with MS+3.5 mg·L-16-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 NAA had the best start-up effect for Jinying and Xiaohuangjinye,the medium with MS+2.5mg·L-16-BA+0.2mg·L-1 NAA had the best start-up effect for Cuiniao.All four varieties had the best propagation effect on the medium with 6-BA5.0mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1.更多还原
