【摘要】 为探讨北五味子组培快繁技术,对影响北五味子初代腋芽培养的外植体木质化程度、培养基pH、培养基硬度和激素组合进行研究。结果表明:初代腋芽培养适宜的外植体是折之即断的幼嫩茎段;培养基适宜的pH4.79;适宜的硬度为每升培养基添加5.0g琼脂粉;适宜的激素搭配是6-BA 0.1 mg·L-1+NAA0.01mg·L-1+GA30.1mg·L-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the rapid propagation technology,the effect of lignification degree of explants,pH,hardness and hormone combination of medium on the primary axillary bud culture of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.was studied.The results showed that the suitable explant for primary axillary bud culture was the young and easy break stem segments.The suitable medium pH was 4.79,the suitable hardness was medium added 5g·L-1 agar powder;the suitable hormone combination was 6-BA 0.1mg·L-1+NAA0.01 mg·L-1+GA30.1mg·L-1.更多还原
