大庆屠宰牛肉中沙门氏菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

【摘要】 为了解大庆市地区屠宰牛肉沙门氏菌的污染情况,采用流行病学的调查方法对大庆市农贸市场的牛肉进行沙门氏菌鉴定。在大庆市5个销售市场即新村区、龙凤区、大同区、萨尔图区、红岗区分别采样,对牛肉组织进行表面和深部涂板培养。采用选择培养基,染色镜检,生化鉴定,PCR的方法对样品中的沙门氏菌进行分离鉴定,对分离菌株进行药敏实验。在五个地区31份样品中,只有龙凤区的1份样品表面有沙门氏菌污染。检出率为3.2%。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the pollution of salmonella of slaughter beef in Daqing city,Salmonella of farming market beef was identified by the epidemiological methods. Beef samples were collected from 5 areas of Daqing city,including Xincun district,Longfeng district,Datong district,Saertu district,Honggang district. The bacteria in the surface and deep samples were obtained by plate culturing method,and salmonella were isolated and identified by differential medium,gram staining microscopic examination,biochemical characterization and PCR,and drug resistance of Salmonella in samples were analyzed by drug sensitivity test. In 31 samples from 5 regions,only one sample from Longfeng district was contaminated by Salmonella and the detection rate was 3.2%.
