【摘要】 教育对口支援是现阶段我国促进教育公平的重要举措,但在对口支援行为方面展开量化研究很少,以5所受援职业院校为研究对象,针对对口支援顶岗挂职行为、知识分享、受援院校教师职业能力提升的三方相互关系展开了研究。研究结果表明:对口支援顶岗挂职行为对受援院校教师职业能力提升有重要影响,对口支援既要注重课程支持和实训室建设支持,也要重视知识分享的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education counterpart support is an important way to promote education equity in China at present,but very few quantitative research are conducted about this topic,and this paper,taking five recipient vocational colleges as the research objects,is aimed to investigate the tripartite relationship between the counterpart support behavior,knowledge sharing,improvement of professional ability of the assisted college teachers. The research results show that the counterpart support behavior has important influence on assisted college teachers’ professional ability,counterpart support should be focused on the support in curriculum and in training- room construction,at the same time,attach great importance to the important role of knowledge sharing.更多还原
