【摘要】 高校发展的核心是教育教学质量,教师教育科研能力培养是提高高等教育教学质量的内在要求。文章从高校教师教育科研能力提升的必要性入手,分析探讨教师思想观念、素质、高校管理机制等因素对提升教师教育科研能力的影响,阐明教师自身提升教育科研能力的方法和高校提升教师教育科研能力的策略,强调必须加强对教师教育科研能力的培养,以教育科研成果促进高校教育教学质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core of university’s development is the quality of education and teaching. Therefore,the cultivation of teachers’ educational and scientific research abilities has become the inherent requirement of improving the quality of education and teaching. As the terms of necessity of improvement on these teachers’ abilities,the paper aims to analyze the effects of teachers’ educational concepts and universities’ management mechanism on teachers’ educational and scientific research abilities,to clarify the methods and strategies of teachers’ improving their educational and scientific research abilities,to emphasis necessity of cultivating teachers’ educational and scientific research abilities,and finally it aims to promote the quality of education and teaching by educational research results.更多还原
