【Abstract】 The in-post teachers in the rural schools are both teachers and students,which demands normal students become mature quickly and adapt to the role shift. They should undertake such social responsibility as devoting themselves to the rural primary education,promoting rural teachers’ quality,paying attention to their children growth,constructing sound rural culture and pushing forward the personnel training program reform in colleges and universities.
