【摘要】 目前,高校毕业生的就业压力越来越大。创新创业教育的实施有助于减缓就业压力,是现代高等教育的必然要求,也是对传统高等教育模式的挑战。以乳品工程专业为例,阐述创新创业人才培养的具体模式,探索组建就业与创业的"多师型"教师队伍,对创新创业教育课程体系进行优化,通过校企合作完善创新创业教育体系,在东北农业大学乳品科学重点实验室建立创新创业实习基地,同时实行"大""小"双导师制,并探索建立新的培养模式下的评价机制和反馈机制。通过毕业生的自我反馈和用人单位的反馈,创新创业培养模式取得了良好的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing pressure on employment of college graduates,implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education which is necessary for modern higher education and a challenge to the traditional model of higher education,contributes to releasing the pressure of employment. In this study,the specific model of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents used in Dairy Engineering is stated; the formation of educational teams including many teachers for employment and entrepreneurship is explored; the system of educational curriculum for innovation and entrepreneurship is optimized. By school-enterprise cooperation,educational system of innovation and entrepreneurship is completed. Practical base for innovation and entrepreneurship is established in the key laboratory of Dairy Science of Northeast Agricultural University. The"big"and"small"double tutorial system is implemented and mechanism of evaluation and feedback is established for new training mode. Through the graduates’ self-feedback and social feedback,we achieve good results under the training model of innovation and entrepreneurship.更多还原
