供应链多级库存的成本控制

【摘要】 针对供应链库存成本控制问题,提出了把时间成本引入多级库存成本的模型,模型采用多级库存系统常用的分解方法,将系统分解为供应网络、核心生产商和分销网络,模型的时间成本方面考虑备货总时间、供应商到生产商的运输时间、生产商到分销商的运输时间和生产商存储产品的时间,并将其转化为时间成本,然后利用免疫遗传算法对算例模型进行求解.最后对比分析优化结果,未使用优化的库存成本模型计算出总成本为298 405元,而使用优化的库存时间成本模型计算出最优库存成本为263 038元,验证了模型可以有效的降低库存成本.

【Abstract】 Aiming at supply chain inventory cost control problem,the time cost is introduced into multi-echelon inventory cost model in this paper,the model uses commonly used method of decomposition which is divided into supply network,core producer and distribution network,who considers the stock total time,transport time of supplier to core producer,transport time of core producer to distributor and the time of core producer storage products in the time cost,and convert them into time cost,then the example model is solved by immune genetic algorithm.Finally,comparison and analyzing the results of optimization,without using optimize inventory cost model to calculate the total cost is 298 405 yuan,but using optimize inventory cost model to calculate the best optimize cost is263 038 yuan,so it is verified the model can reduce inventory cost effectively.
