【摘要】 目的探索PICC维护网络的构建方法与效果,为PICC带管出院患者提供规范的导管维护。方法借助湖北省PICC专科护士和肿瘤专科护士培训基地的平台,建立PICC维护网络,并实施PICC维护网络管理。结果 PICC维护网络已覆盖荆州市16所县级医院、12所乡镇卫生院和6个社区门诊,参与PICC维护的护士162名。患者带管出院期间PICC并发症的发生率和非计划拔管率均下降(P<0.01)。结论 PICC维护网络的建立,满足了带管出院患者的维护需求,提高了患者PICC维护的依从性,促进了PICC专科的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the construction effects of PICC maintenance network,and provide standard maintenance for PICC patients.Methods On the basis of the platform of PICC and oncology nurse specialist training base in Hubei Province,the Maintaining network of PICC has been constructed,and implemented PICC mainting network mangement. Results Sixteen county- level hospitals,12 township central hospitals,and 6 community health service centers have been invovled in this maintaining network. The number of nurses trained for PICC maintenance reached 162. The rates of unexpected extubation and PICC complication during discharged were decreased( P < 0. 01). Conclusion PICC maintaining network not only satisfies the needs of patients with PICC,but also improves the compliance of patients. And it still promotes the development of PICC.更多还原
