【摘要】 目的探讨追踪方法学在新生儿疾病筛查采血流程中的应用与效果。方法成立护理质量追踪小组,制订质量追踪优先关注项目、内容,并应用个案追踪结合系统追踪的方式进行持续监测和评估。结果血片筛查样本合格率、产妇及家属对护理工作满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论追踪方法学可用于新生儿疾病筛查采血流程的管理,对降低护理质量中的缺陷,提高工作满意度发挥积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of tracer methodology in the process of blood collection for neonatal disease screening. Methods Measures were implemented including setting up a quality tracer team,establishing quality tracking priority processes,content,and applying case tracking and system tracking for continuous monitoring and assessment. Results The rate of qualified specimen and puerperae and their relatives’ satisfaction with nursing increased significantly( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tracer methodology can be used in the management of blood collection for neonatal disease screening,which plays a positive role in reducing defects in the quality of nursing care and improving nurses’ job satisfaction.更多还原
