【摘要】 目的:优选腰椎2号胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,水回流提取,根据提取次数,提取时间,加水倍数,以腰椎2号胶囊中药材出膏率及有效成分岩白菜素含量为指标,用综合评分法分析试验结果,选取最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取2次,第一次加8倍量水,回流70min。结论:优选腰椎2号胶囊的提取工艺合理,准确,为大批量生产提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Optimize the best extraction process of lumbar 2 capsules. Methods:L9(34) orthogonal experiment design, water reflux extraction, according to the frequency, extraction time, ratio of water, with lumbar 2 capsules medicinal herbs extract rate and effective ingredients bergenin content as an index, test result is analyzed with comprehensive evaluation method, and select the best extraction process. Results:The best extraction technology to extract 2 times, add 8 times the amount of water for the first time, return 70 min. Conclusion:Lumbar 2 capsules extraction technology is reasonable, accurate, and provide reference basis for mass production.更多还原
