【摘要】 目的:优选鸡树条芙蒾果实中有效成分绿原酸的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用Box-Behnken的实验设计,利用响应面法对荚蒾果中绿原酸的水提工艺进行优化,以绿原酸的含量为考察指标,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果:最佳提取工艺为以14倍量的水提取2次,每次70分钟。结论:该工艺方法对有效成分提取率较高,合理,可行,为荚蒾果绿原酸的工业化生产提供一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the extraction condition of chlorogenic acid in Viburnum sargenti Koehne.Methods: The condition for the extraction technique of chlorogenic acid in by response surface method was optimized based on the single factor tests,with the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid as the response value.Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows:extraction time 70 min,ratio of solid to liquid 1:14 and two time of extraction.Conclusion:The study provides a theoretical basis for the industrialized production of chlorogenic acid in Viburnum sargenti Koehne更多还原
