【摘要】 随着我国经济、旅游业的高速发展和居民旅游消费的升级转型,邮轮旅游已成为居民休闲度假的新选择。国际邮轮环境相对封闭、人员密度高、人员组成复杂、饮食卫生及医疗条件有限,为疾病传播提供了有利条件。该文对历年文献加以分析,综述了国际邮轮相关呼吸道传染性疾病种类及相关风险因素,并对相关国际政策法规进行整理,以期为邮轮相关呼吸道传染性疾病的防控提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the wake of high development of economy and tourism, additionally with upgrading and transformation of tourism consumption, travel by cruise has become a new choice for leisure and vacation. Accordingly, cruise-related infectious diseases have been attached to more importance, while respiratory infectious disease is the main reason for seeking medical care by cruise travelers and crews. The relatively closed environment, high population density, complex personnel structure, limited dietary hygiene and medical situation of cruise ship all bring with favorable conditions for the transmission of infectious diseases. In this paper,literatures and reports were summarized, cruise-related respiratory infectious disease and related risk factors were discussed, furthermore, related international policy and regulations were reviewed, all of which are expected to provide certain basis for the prevention and control on cruise-related respiratory infectious disease.更多还原
