磷酸铵镁Mg(OH)2碱促热解动力学

【摘要】 考察了Mg(OH)2辅助碱性介质对磷酸铵镁降解的媒介作用,解析了磷酸铵镁热解动力学过程。Mg(OH)2碱促热解为3步降解过程,5 K/min时,其最大吸热峰为390 K;Mg(OH)2碱促热解动力学降解模型符合自催化降速模型,存在2种以上的降解途径;氨基剥离所需活化能在34.4112.9 k J/mol之间,Mg(OH)2碱促热解动力学方程为:f(α)=k0(1-α)n,线性相关系数为0.994,反应级数为6.12。

【Abstract】 The effect of Mg( OH)2on struvite decomposition was investigated,anda thermo-kinetics of struvite decomposition was studied. The results showed that degradation process of struvite with Mg( OH)2addition was three steps,and the temperature of the endothermic peak was 390 K( 5 K/min). The mechanism of sturvite decomposition with Mg( OH)2mediated was an autocatalytic set with a reduction in the reaction rate also,the degradation had more than two pathways,the activation energy of stripping ammonia from struvite was from 34. 4k J/mol to 112. 9 k J/mol. The kinetics equation was f( α) = k0( 1- α)n,the coefficient of linear correlation was0. 994 and the reaction order was 6. 12.
