【Abstract】 To resolve the problems surrounding the low-carbon city, a lot of researches have been done about the concept, evaluation system and development model and other hot spots. It was found that the criterion had not been clarified yet, including its focus, statistical timing, measurement instruments and other issues. Combined with the current practice of low-carbon city, it was put forward that building low-carbon city is the inevitable choice of China’s sustainable development and is a long-term systematic project, the construction of low-carbon city should insist on local conditions and coordinated development.更多还原
