培训机构实训车间焊接烟尘处理装置的工艺改造

【摘要】 焊接烟尘粒径小,粘性大,常规的烟尘处理系统易造成过滤板板结堵塞,有害气体进行净化处理不彻底,造成作业区周围环境污染,影响附近人群身心健康。新型往复式高压水流冲刷式焊接烟尘收集处理系统正常排尘时通过水封装置将过滤板下部封闭,使烟尘通过过滤板三次过滤排放,清洗时废水直接排入废水收集池沉淀,沉淀后的水可重复利用,解决了焊接烟尘抽排过程中烟尘粘附于过滤网引起堵塞造成抽排除尘效果下降的难题。

【Abstract】 Particle of welding fume is small and viscous,conventional fume treatment system always leads to clogging and compaction of filter plate,so that harmful gas purification effect is reduced,causing environmental pollution and damaging health of people around the operating area. The new reciprocating high-pressure water flushing welding fume collection and treatment system closes the lower part of filter plate by water seal device so as to discharge the harmful gas after filtering for three times,and the waste water flows directly into waste water collection tank for precipitation to be reused. The new welding fume treatment device solves the problem of blockage caused by dust adhering to the filter resulting in reduction of harmful gas removing effect.
