EAST装置新超导馈线系统冷却回路设计

【摘要】 EAST装置电流馈线系统由13对Nb Ti材料CICC超导母线组成,连接超导磁体系统和高温超导电流引线,为磁体系统的运行提供馈电通道和失超状态下能量的释放通道。馈线系统中超导母线由液氦制冷机通过低温分配阀箱提供的4.5K超临界氦冷却,冷却通道进口压力为0.45MPa,出口压力不小于0.25MPa。通过对超导母线和接头内流道中的迫流氦的压降计算确定了冷却流程方案为1对TF超导母线单独串联组成1个冷却通道,12对PF超导母线分为6个冷却通道,每个通道由2对PF超导母线串联组成。

【Abstract】 The superconducting(SC) bus-line system of EAST device is for the current transmission between SC magnet coils and HTS current leads. The current transmission lines consist of 13 pairs of cable-in-conduit conductors(CICCs), which are cooled with 4.5K supercritical helium. The design of the cooling scheme of cryogenicsystem for the new SC current transmission lines is presented, and a suitable cooling scheme solution is obtained through the calculation of pressure drop for forced flow helium in CICCs and joints. The final cooling scheme is that 1 pair of TF SC bus-lines is connected hydraulically in series to be a cooling loop and 12 pairs of PF SC bus-lines are divided into 6 cooling loops, each of which consists of 2 pairs of PF SC bus-lines.
