【摘要】 目的评价上颌磨牙区种植修复后维护效果。方法为11位患者植入了18颗种植体,患者每天刷牙2次。分别于6个月,12个月,24个月后复查,包括摄X线片、菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数。结果上颌磨牙区18颗种植体修复24个月后,有8颗菌斑指数为2,10颗菌斑指数为1。龈指数均为0,即探诊无出血。X线片显示在种植钉周围无黑线出现,种植钉稳固。结论 18颗种植牙修复24个月后,取得了较为满意临床效果,口腔卫生是远期疗效的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of oral hygiene on dental implants in maxillary molar region. Methods 18 fixtures were implanted in maxillary molar region for 11 patients. The patient’s oral hygiene regimen consisted of brushing teeth twice a day. All patients were examined at 6-,12-,and 24-month follow-up appointments,including X-ray picture,plaque index and sulcus bleeding index. Results At 24-month follow- up appointment,all fixtures were firm and no black line was found around fixtures in X-ray pictures. The sulcus bleeding index was 0 for all fixtures. Conclusion Relative satisfactory results were achieved for 18 implants at 24-month follow-up appointment. Long-term prognosis depends on consistent and continued good oral hygiene practice.更多还原
