【摘要】 目的了解前列腺增生患者下尿路症状与前列腺体积和尿流率之间的相关性。方法选取确诊的前列腺增生患者50例,采用国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)调查问卷评价下尿路症状,经腹B超测量前列腺体积,WD-NL-100型尿流计检测尿流率。结果 IPSS评分显示随着症状的加重,前列腺增生患者下尿路症状和前列腺体积呈线性正相关,随着症状的加重,前列腺体积呈增大趋势;并且随着病情的加重,前列腺增生患者下尿路症状与最大尿流率呈负相关。结论随着病情的加重,前列腺增生患者下尿路症状与前列腺体积呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate correlation between lower urinary tract symptoms and prostate volume in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia( BPH). Methods 50 diagnosed BPH patients were selected for study by using the International Prostate Symptom Score( IPSS) questionnaire to evaluate lower urinary tract symptoms,using abdominal B ultrasound to measure prostate volume,and WD-NL-100-type meter to detect urinary flow rate. Results IPSS scores indicated that,with symptoms worsening in patients with lower urinary tract symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia,prostate volume showed a positive linear correlation with the aggravation of the symptoms. The prostate volume tended to increase with the worsening of the symptoms. And as the disease worsened,lower urinary tract symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and maximum urinary flow rate were negatively correlated. Conclusion With worsening of the disease,the lower urinary tract symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate volume are positively correlated.更多还原
