【摘要】 目的探讨宫、腹腔镜在宫内节育器(IUD)取出困难时的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年4月-2014年4月从外院转诊到我院或在我院门诊经常规取环失败、并经相关检查疑诊为IUD嵌顿、残留、断裂或异位的16例病例应用宫、腹腔镜诊断处理的临床资料。结果 16例困难取环患者中,除1例宫外异位伴重度粘连中转开腹取环及另1例宫外异位伴脏器损伤直接剖腹取环外,余均经腹腔镜或宫腔镜或宫、腹腔镜联合而成功取出。结论宫、腹腔镜可明确困难环的具体状况并成功取出,具有创伤小、痛苦少、成功率高的优点,可作为宫内节育器取出困难时的首选措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of clinical application of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in difficult removal of intrauterine device( IUD). Methods From April 2011 to April 2014,16 patients diagnosed as inlay,residue,fracture or ectopic of IUD were enrolled. The data of treatment by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 16 patients were treated successfully by hysteroscopy,laparoscopy,or the combination,except for 1 case of ectopic with severe adhesions who was turned to laparotomy to take the IUD out and 1 case of ectopic accompanied with organ injury who was treated with direct laparotomy to remove the IUD. Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can be used to take out IUD successfully,with small trauma,less pain and high rate of success. It can be used as the preferred measure,and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
