2014年秋季天津港海域浮游植物群落结构

【摘要】 对2014年秋季天津港航道海域网采浮游植物物种组成、细胞丰度和群落结构特征等进行了分析。该海域共发现此次调查共鉴定出浮游植物2门38种,其中硅藻门29种,甲藻门9种,海区的浮游植物多为一些沿岸广温性种类。硅藻门主要优势物种为圆筛藻属(Coscinodiscus spp)、尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)、笔尖形根管藻(Rhizosolenia styliformis);甲藻门主要优势种为夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)。调查海域浮游植物细胞丰度介于(4.59~261.58)×104个/m3,平均值为39.29×104个/m3。浮游植物群落ShannonWiener多样性指数部分偏低,且部分调查站位间数值差异较大,介于0.74~4.05,平均为2.94;物种均匀度指数(J)为0.17~0.91,平均为0.70;物种丰度指数(d)为0.68~1.28,平均为1.00。说明海区总体环境较差,且各站位间的污染现状有明显差异。

【Abstract】 The species composition,cell abundance and community structure of phytoplankton in Tianjin Port Sea Area were studied in Autumn( October) 2014. A total of 38 taxa which belong to 2 phyla were identified,among which 29 species were Bacillariophyta and 9 species were Dinophyta. The phytoplankton community was composed primarily of Bacillariophyta and Dinophyta with Bacillariophyta dominating. Coscinodiscus spp、Pseudo-nitzschia pungens and Rhizosolenia styliformis were the main dominant species of Bacillariophyta. Noctiluca scintillans were the dominant species of Dinophyta. Phytoplankton cell abundance ranged from 4. 59 × 104 to 261. 58 × 104 cells / m3 with an average of 39. 29 × 104 cells / m3. The Shannon weaver index ranged from 0. 74 to4. 05 with an average of 2. 94. Pielou’s index( J) ranged from 0. 17 to 0. 91 and the average value was 0. 70. Margalef index( d) ranged from 0. 68 to 1. 28 and the average value was 1. 00. The results showed that the most sites of Tianjin Port Sea area were under moderate pollution and the pollution degree was obviously different among 17 sites.
