【摘要】 文章简要介绍了烧碱行业中常用的脱硝技术,并对钙法脱硝在烧碱生产中的应用进行了分析。经过工艺上的优化和设备上的改进,钙法脱硝过程中可以将硫酸钙沉淀和盐水彻底分离,解决了设备结垢等问题,提高了脱硝效果。并且氯化钙原料使用液体钙,可大大降低成本。钙法脱硝有望在烧碱行业中的得到推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was introduced the sulfate- removing technology in the production of caustic soda and primarily analyzed the technology of sulfate anion removal by Liquid calcium chloride.Through the process optimization and the upgrading of the equipment,the Ca SO4 precipitate could be completely extracted from the brine and the fouling of equipment and pipe was resolved,which increased the effect of denitration. If the resource of calcium chloride used liquid calcium chloride,production costs could significantly be reduced. Sulfate anion removal by calcium method will be prospectively applied in the production of caustic soda.更多还原
