厚煤层大采高综采工作面数值模拟研究与应用
Research and Application of Thick Coal Seam Large Mining Height Fully Mechanized Working Face Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 王庄煤矿工作面地质条件极其复杂:工作面倾角最大27°,由于向斜构造横穿工作面,工作面先经历大倾角俯采,紧接面临大倾角仰采。该工作面拟采用大采高综采开采工艺,通过数值模拟计算,验证了该工艺在该矿工程实践的可行性,并运用现场观测技术手段,对其关键技术问题进行了分析,结果表明大采高综采适用于该工作面,其技术经济指标符合开采设计要求。
【Abstract】 Wangzhuang Mine with extremely complicated working face geological conditions,the maximum working face inclined angle is 27°,syncline structure crossing working face,working face goes through large inclined angle down- dip mining,close to large angle up- dip mining. The working face adopted large mining height fully mechanized mining technology,through numerical simulation,the feasibility of the technology in the mine was verified,the key technology problem was analyzed based on observation on site,the result showed that the technology was suitable for the working face,its technical- economic indicator corresponded to the mining demands.
