【Abstract】 "Learning"is a very predominant category of Pre-Qin Confucianism. Confucius sets a great example of being a benevolent and wise person by learning in his whole life. Mencius,a student of Confucius,inherits the great merits of his teacher and develops the thought of being a benevolent and wise person by learning inside on the argument that human beings are good by nature. Besides Mencius puts forward the theory of self-cultivation that we should turn inwards and examine ourselves when we encounter troubles. However,Xuncius,stressing particular emphasis on studying the factors for the evil of human nature,makes the realistic consideration about the views of learning and holiness of Confucius from the aspect of outward regulations of monarchy and conducts the profound theoretical exploration about practical appealing and moral concern of the "Learning"of the gentlemen of Pre-Qin Confucianism.更多还原
