太阳能电池开路电压测试方法与分析

【摘要】 基于TK-PV1型光伏效应实验平台,设计了一种利用电势补偿法测试太阳能电池开路电压的方法.实验表明,当测试光源辐射度较弱时,太阳能电池内阻较大,电势补偿法测得的开路电压明显大于伏特表的直接测量值;随着测试光源辐射度的增强,太阳能电池内阻以指数形式减小,两种方法测试的开路电压数值趋于一致.电势补偿法测试太阳能电池开路电压更为准确,并且更有利于对开路电压测试的掌握.

【Abstract】 A potential compensation method was used to measure the open circuit voltage(VOC)of solar cell based on the TK-PV1 type photovoltaic effect experimental platform.When the test irradiance is weak,the VOCmeasured with potential compensation method is significantly greater than that measured with voltmeter directly,which results from the larger internal resistance of solar cell.As the test irradiance increases,the internal resistance of solar cell decreases exponentially,and the open circuit voltages measured with the two methods above tend to be accordant.The results show that the potential compensation method ensures better precision for the VOC measurement,and is advantageous to comprehend the measurement of the VOC.
