SnO2纳米材料的合成及其在光催化中的应用

【摘要】 使用简单的水热法,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂合成纳米SnO2,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别对样品结构、颗粒大小和形貌进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的SnO2为金红石型结构,其粒径为7nm左右,粒子尺寸比较均匀,比表面积较大.光降解甲基橙的实验表明,加入样品SnO2催化剂的甲基橙溶液降解率可达到76.16%,加催化剂后,有机物的降解程度得到了极大改善.

【Abstract】 In this paper,a simple hydrothermal method was used to synthesize nano two tin oxide(SDS)as a surfactant,and the structure,particle size and morphology were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the prepared SnO2 was rutile structure,with a particle size of about 7nm;the particle size was uniform,and the surface area was larger.The experiment shows that the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange,adding samples of SnO2 catalyst of methyl orange degradation rate can reach76.16%.After the catalyst,the degradation degree of organic matter was greatly improved.
