用氧化淀粉作成炭剂制备阻燃环氧树脂的研究
Oxidized starch as charring agent to flame retard epoxy resin
【摘要】 研究了采用氧化淀粉作为成炭剂,与密胺树脂包覆的聚磷酸铵复配后制备阻燃环氧树脂。结果表明,采用6.25%OST3和6.25%MFAPP复配的膨胀型阻燃剂制备的阻燃环氧树脂的阻燃性能最好,所制备阻燃环氧树脂的LOI为29.5%,能通过UL-94V-0级,热释放速率峰值为400kW/m2,总热释放量为13.4MJ/m2,点燃时间最短,仅为22s。
【Abstract】 Oxidized starch as charring agents and MFAPP were used to prepared flame retard epoxy resin.Results showed that the flame retardancy was the best when the additives were contained 6.25wt% OST3 and 6.25wt% MFAPP.The test results of LOI,UL-94,PHRR,THR and TTI were 29.5%,V-0,400kW/m2,13.4MJ/m2,22 s,respectively.
