功能化酸性离子液体催化制备柠檬酸三辛酯
Synthesis of trioctyl citrate catalyzed by task-specific acidic ionic liquids
【摘要】 采用两步法,合成了功能化酸性离子液体[HSO3-pN(C2H5)3]HSO4,将其用于催化柠檬酸和正辛醇酯化制备柠檬酸三辛酯研究。通过单因素实验,考察了醇酸物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对酯化率的影响。结果表明:当醇酸物质的量比为6∶1、反应温度为130℃、反应时间为3.5h、催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的10%时,酯化率可达97.8%。功能化酸性离子液体[HSO3-pN(C2H5)3]HSO4具有较好的重复使用能力,重复使用8次后,酯化率仍可达95.8%,是一种性能优良的酯化反应催化剂。
【Abstract】 A task-specific acidic ionic liquids[HSO3-pN(C2H5)3]HSO4 was synthesized,and trioctyl citrate was synthesized from citric acid and n-octanol using [HSO3-pN(C2H5)3]HSO4as catalyst.Through the single factor experiment,the effect of alcohol to acid ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and the weight of catalyst on the esterification rate was studied.The results showed that the esterification rate could be 97.8% under the conditions n(alcohol)∶n(acid)=6∶1,reaction temperature T=130℃,reaction time t=3.5hand the weight of catalyst 10%.The ionic liquids could be used8 times,the esterification rate still could be 95.8%,it was a catalyst for esterification with excellent performance.
