热塑性聚胺醚及其原位聚合复合材料的性能研究
Preparation and performance of thermoplastic poly(hydroxyaminoether)and in-situ polymerization composites
【摘要】 以双酚A缩水甘油醚(DGEBA)和乙醇胺为单体合成了热塑性聚胺醚,并采用原位聚合的方法制备了连续玻璃纤维增强复合材料。研究了不同配比的DGEBA和乙醇胺对聚合物的流变性能、反应特性、力学性能和热性能的影响,并用红外光谱法(FT-IR)对聚胺醚进行了结构分析,对原位聚合制备的复合材料进行了力学性能、动态热机械性能和界面性能分析。结果表明:在DGEBA/乙醇胺摩尔比1∶1.07时,单体反应较为完全;拉伸强度为51.7MPa,有良好的力学性能;玻璃纤维增强复合材料为41.46MPa,弯曲强度为489MPa,是一种性能良好的纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料。
【Abstract】 Thermoplastic poly(hydroxyaminoether)was synthesized by using bisphenol A diglycidyl ether(DGEBA)and ethanolamine as monomers,and continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites were prepared by the in-situ polymerization method.The effects of DGEBA and ethanolamine contents on rheological property,reaction feature,mechanical properties and heat resistance were investigated,and the structure of the sample was characterized by FT-IR spectra.The mechanical,dynamic mechanical and interface properties of the composites were measured.The results showed that the monomers were almost reacted completely when mixing by DGEBA/ethanolamine molar ratio 1∶1.07,which the tensile strength was 51.7MPa,performing a well mechanical properties.The composite,having a interlaminar shear strength of41.46 MPa and a blend strength of 489 MPa,was an excellent fiber-reinforced composite.
