不同硅源石材保护剂对木纹石防护的研究
Study on the protective property of different silicon stone protectant for Yunnan Serpenggiante
【摘要】 选取甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)作为硅源,制备出系列有机硅石材保护剂。不仅对石材成分、保护剂结构等进行研究,还将其作用于云南木纹石上,进一步考察保护材料的憎水性、耐酸碱盐、耐热老化性能。结果表明:MTES保护剂处理木纹石的防护效果最好,并且这种保护剂具有优良的疏水性、耐化学腐蚀性和耐热性。
【Abstract】 A series of organic silicon stone protectants were prepared by selecting methyl trimethoxysilane(MTMS),methyl triethoxysilane(MTES),tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)or both of all as precursor.Not only Serpenggiante component and protectant’s structure were characterized,but also protectant was coated on Serpenggiante.The various performance of protective materials about hydrophobicity,resistance to acid,alkali and salt corrosion,heat resistance were further investigated.The results showed that MTES protectant,which was the best of silicon stone protectants,had excellent hydrophobicity,chemical and heat resistance.
