ABS基体化学镀铂催化剂室温净化甲醛的研究
Removal of formaldehyde at ambient temperature over ABS supported Pt catalyst prepared by electroless plating method
【摘要】 以ABS塑料为载体,采用化学镀方法制备了负载型Pt催化剂用于室温催化燃烧甲醛,考察了不同Pt负载量催化剂的性能。XRD表征发现化学镀铂后能检测到铂的存在。SEM表征表明,铂含量为0.2%时铂颗粒比较分散且较均匀,而此时催化剂的性能也最好,铂含量继续增加时铂颗粒会出现团聚现象,这也导致催化性能的下降。对各种催化剂进行性能评价发现铂含量为0.2%的催化剂在室温下催化燃烧甲醛的效率达到80%,最终的甲醛浓度降低到1.64mg/m3。
【Abstract】 ABS plastic used as the carrier,ABS supported Pt catalysts were prepared by electroless plating method for the catalytic combustion of formaldehyde at ambient temperature.The performance of catalysts with different Pt loading were investigated.XRD analysis found that the presence of platinum after electroless plating can be detected.SEM characterization showed that the platinum particles was scattered and relatively uniform when the platinum content was 0.2%,and the catalyst had the best catalytic performance at that time.Agglomeration occurred when platinum content continues to increase,which leaded to the catalytic performance degradation.Evaluation of the catalytic performance of the various catalysts found that the efficiency of catalytic combustion of formaldehyde reached 80% at ambient temperature when the platinum content was 0.2%,and the formaldehyde concentration finally reduced to 1.64mg/m3.
