FC/Ag有机无机共溅膜结构与性能研究
Study on structure and property of FC/Ag organic-inorganic films prepared by co-sputtering
【摘要】 运用磁控溅射技术在水刺木浆非织布表面沉积FC/Ag有机无机膜,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其微观结构,采用X射线能谱仪(EDX)分析表面元素,Agilent矢量网络分析仪及光学接触角测量仪测试其电磁屏蔽效能和静态接触角大小。结果表明:经过溅射沉积FC膜的木浆纤维表面结构没有明显变化,而经过FC/Ag共溅后表面生成均匀的颗粒状结构;当共溅FC/Ag工艺参数为:30W/10w,1.0Pa,10min时,其电磁屏蔽效能达到11dB以上;沉积了FC膜的木浆纤维表面静态接触角为98.87°,然后经过FC/Ag共溅后,其静态接触角有所降低。
【Abstract】 magnetron sputtering was used to prepare FC/Ag organic-inorganic films on wood pulp spunlace nonwovens.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to character the micro-structures of films.The full energy dispersive Xray analysis(EDX)was applied to study the chemical composition of wood pulp fibers before and after sputter coating,the agilent vector network analyzer and optical contact angle measuring instrument were employed to test its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and the static contact angle.The results showed that the surface structure of wood pulp fibers after sputtering FC had any changes,but found a uniform granular structure after FC/Ag co-sputtering.When sputtering parameters:30W/10 w,1.0Pa,10 min,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was above 11 dB.The static contact angle of FC coated wood pulp fiber was 98.87°,but decreased after FC/Ag co-sputtering.
