PP/纳米MgO复合材料的性能研究

【摘要】 熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/纳米氧化镁(nano-MgO)复合材料,通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了复合材料的结晶性能,热重法(TG)研究了复合材料的热稳定性,紫外可见光谱研究了复合材料的紫外屏蔽性能,对该复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米MgO在复合材料中的分散情况进行了观测。研究结果表明,纳米MgO在复合材料中分散均匀,可促进PP的结晶,并可提高PP的紫外屏蔽性能。虽然纳米MgO的引入使PP的热分解温度有所降低,但纳米MgO的引入提高了PP的冲击强度和弯曲强度。

【Abstract】 Polypropylene(PP)/nano magnesium oxide(nano-MgO)composite material was prepared by melt blending method.The crystallization property of composite was tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The thermal stability of composite was tested by thermogravimetry(TG).The ultraviolet-shielding of composite was tested by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra.The mechanical property of composite was tested.The dispersity of nano magnesium oxide in composite was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).It shown that the nano-MgO was well dispersed in composite and the import of nano-MgO can promote the crystallization of PP.The import of nano-MgO can enhance the ultraviolet-shielding of PP.Although the import of nano-MgO reduced the thermal decomposition temperature of PP,but the import of nano-MgO can enhance the impact strength and bending strength of PP.
