氮硫共掺杂石墨烯气凝胶的制备及氧还原电催化性能的研究
Preparation and application of N/S co-doped graphene aerogel with high performance for oxygen reduction reaction
【摘要】 具有较高电催化活性的一种新型氮硫共掺杂石墨烯气凝胶的制备。富杂原子前驱体硫氰酸铵在170℃以上时,分解产生氨气、硫化氢和二硫化碳,利用这一反应,在水热过程中,将氮、硫杂原子掺杂到石墨烯气凝胶中。然后在氮气条件下1000℃碳化,进一步将杂原子掺杂到碳骨架中。该材料在碱性溶液中表现出了较好的氧还原活性。氧还原峰电位为-0.36V,电子转移数位3.8,这应归于该电极材料三维交联的孔结构增加了与氧气的接触面积,以及氮、硫原子被成功的掺杂到碳骨架中。
【Abstract】 A new type of nitrogen &surflur co-doped graphene aregeol with high electrocatalytic performance for oxygen reduction reaction was successfully synthesized via the hydrothermal treatment of graphene oxide and ammonium thiocyanate mixture dispersion for the ammonium thiocyanate decomposing into NH3,H2 S and C2 S at 170℃.A subsequent thermal treatment at 1000℃ under N2 atmosphere was carried out.The NSG-P showed a promising electrocatalytic performance which ORR peak was at-0.36 Vand electron transfer number was about 3.8.The excellent properties of the sample can be attributed to the three dimensional cross-linking structure and N&S co-doped into the graphene framwork.
