白光LED用钼酸盐红色荧光粉水热合成法的研究进展
Progress in synthesis of molybdate red emitting phosphor for white-LED via hydrothermal method
【摘要】 介绍了白光LED用钼酸盐红色荧光粉水热合成法的研究现状和最新研究成果;对水热合成法的反应机理,水的作用及制备工艺进行了阐述;并对水热合成法及其它合成方法的优缺点进行了分析;指出目前钼酸盐红色荧光粉制备存在的问题,对今后研究方向进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The research status and latest research results of molybdate red emitting phosphor for white-LED synthesized via hydrothermal synthesis method were summarized.The reaction mechanism,effect of the water and preparation process of hydrothermal method were elaborated.The advantages and disadvantages of various synthesis methods were also analyzed.The some problems in the preparation were pointed out and prospected the research direction of the material.
