非离子型水性环氧树脂乳液的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 在双酚A型环氧树脂中引入非离子型亲水链段,并通过相反转技术制备水性环氧树脂乳液。用正交软件设计了四因素三水平的正交实验,考查了乳液稳定性与粒径大小对结果的影响;通过环氧值的变化确定了合成改性环氧树脂的最佳反应温度、催化剂用量。红外光谱证实了环氧基与醇羟基发生了反应,形成了大量的醚键亲水基团;扫描电镜显示了水性环氧树脂乳液颗粒为均匀球状;激光散射法测得乳液的粒径为200nm左右。由此成功制备了非离子型水性环氧树脂乳液。

【Abstract】 Nonionic hydrophilic chain segments was introduced in bisphenol A diglycidyl ether to modify epoxy resin,which was used to prepare the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion by phase inversion technique.Firstly,orthogonal software was used to design experiment with four factors and three levels,and the effect of these factors on the particle size and stability of the emulsion were analysed.Secondly,changes of epoxy value was used to determine the most appropriate reaction temperature and catalyst dosage of the experiment.At the same time,IR spectra confirmed the reaction between epoxy groups of epoxy resin and hydroxyl of polyethylene glycol,and it formed a large amount of hydrophilic ether bond.Scanning electron microscopy showed emulsion particles were uniform globular,and laser scattering showed particle size of the emulsion was about 200 nm.Nonionic waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared successfully.
