【摘要】 生产调度是生产执行系统MES的重要组成部分,但目前对调度令的执行效果缺乏分析与反馈。为了更及时有效地指导生产,提出了调度事件跟踪和还原的方法。基于生产数据的分析和处理,利用多源测量数据之间的信息冗余性,进行信息整合、事件跟踪与移动合成的方法,实现了对流程工业现场调度事件的在线跟踪和还原,尤其适用于原油加工调度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Production scheduling is an important part of manufacturing execution system. However, the effect of scheduling has not been evaluated timely. An online tracing method is proposed to guide production more effectively. By means of data analysis, information integration, online tracing and movement combination, it is available to restore the scheduling event and estimate the effect.
