镍基催化剂的二氧化碳甲烷化催化性能
Catalytic Performance of Nickel-based Catalysts for CO2 Methanation
【摘要】 为循环利用CO2,减少其排放,减缓温室效应,分析讨论了镍基催化剂对CO2甲烷化的催化性能,介绍了以Si O2、海泡石、Si C、碳纳米管、Al2O3、Ti O2及Zr O2为载体的镍基催化剂性能。认为以Zr O2为载体的催化剂对于CO2甲烷化反应的催化活性远远高于Mg O、Al2O3、Si O2和海泡石负载的催化剂,工业化前景较好。开发新的催化剂不仅要考虑载体价廉易得、成本较低,还必须考虑催化剂的高活性和稳定性、避免积碳和烧结等因素。
【Abstract】 Discussed the catalytic properties of nickel-based catalysts for CO2 methanation for recycling use CO2 and reducing its emissions so slow down the greenhouse effect,introduced catalytic performance of nickel-based catalysts typically supported by silica oxide,sepiolite,SiC,carbon nanotubes,aluminum oxide,titanium dioxide and zirconium dioxide.The catalysts on the carrier of ZrO2had much higher catalytic activity for CO2 methanation reaction than which on the carrier of MgO,Al2O3,SiO2 and sepiolite,so it had better industrialization prospect.The development of new catalyst should not only consider the cheap of carrier,the low of cost,but also must consider the highly active and stable of catalyst to avoid factors such as carbon deposition and sintering.
