硫酸铵与氯化钾制取硫酸钾技术进展

【摘要】 本文综述了硫酸铵与氯化钾制取硫酸钾生产技术的开发进展,重点介绍了一步转化法、两步转化法、焙烧转化法和四步循环法等工艺的技术特点,提出了两段转化法新工艺。工业化运行表明,新工艺硫酸钾中氧化钾质量分数达50%以上,母液闭路循环,具有流程简捷、能耗低、成本低、环境友好等优点,推广应用前景广阔。

【Abstract】 The paper reviews the progress on development of the technologies of producing potassium sulfate from potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate,especially focusing on the technical features of one-step transformation method,two-step transformation method,roasting transformation method,four-step cycle and other processes.A new process of two-stage transformation was introduced in detail.The industrialized operation showed that the content of potassium oxide in potassium sulfate with the new process is up to more than 50%and the closed cycle for mother liquor features a simple and concise process,lower energy consumption,less costs,no environmental pollution and other advantages.The new process has a prospect of wide application.
