切缝药包爆破的聚能效应与工程应用

【摘要】 在有机玻璃上进行了切缝药包爆破动焦散试验,试验结果表明切缝药包具有显著的聚能效应,切缝方向裂纹长度明显长于垂直切缝方向,且切缝方向动态应力强度因子在相同时刻大于垂直切缝方向。工程应用表明,切缝药包爆破比光面爆破炮眼利用率平均提高了13.6%,周边眼痕率平均提高了55.5%,超欠挖平均降低了148mm,同时降低了炸药、雷管消耗和循环炮眼数;减少了对边坡保留岩体的损伤及后期维护成本,获得了显著的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Tests were carried out of dynamic caustics blasting of slotted cartridge on plexiglass.The results of tests show that slotted cartridge blasting has a distinct gathering energy effect.The crack length in cutting direction is much longer than the vertical direction and the dynamic stress intensity factor is bigger than the vertical direction.The engineering applications show that blastholes utilization is increased by an average of 13.6%,mark rate of surrounding hole is improved by an average of 55.5%,overbreak and underbreak are reduced by an average of148 mm,comparing with smooth blasting.Simultaneously,the consumption of explosive and detonator and the number of cycle blastholes are reduced and decrease the damage of slope of reservation rock and maintenance cos are decreased with significant economic benefits obtained.
