往复活塞式压缩机的变工况压气性能研究
Research of Performance of Reciprocating Compressor Under Varying Working Conditions
【摘要】 运用压缩机性能测试系统对上海压缩机厂制造的V型双缸风冷式压缩机性能进行研究,通过改变排气压力、吸气温度和气缸冷却情况研究压缩机排气量及轴功率等参数的变化规律,并对排气压力为0.1、0.3、0.5MPa时压缩机的示功图进行了分析。实验结果表明:压缩机排气量和轴功率受排气压力和气缸冷却情况的影响较大;排气压力升高时,排气温度随之升高。
【Abstract】 The performance test system for compressors was applied to analyze V-shaped air-cooled compressors. Through changing displacement pressure,suction temperature and cylinder cooling,the variation of parameters like the compressor’s displacement and shaft power were discussed,including the compressor’s indicator diagram when the displacement pressure stay at 0. 1 MPa,0. 3 MPa and 0. 5MPa,respectively. The experimental result shows that both displacement pressure and cylinder cooling greatly influences the compressor’s displacement and shaft power; and the exhaust temperature rises with the discharged pressure.
