可降解聚酯的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 采用热熔融缩聚法制备3,4-二羟基肉桂酸(DHCA)与10-羟基癸酸(HDA)可降解聚合物(PDHCA-coPHDA)。傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)、质子核磁共振(1H-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)结果表明:所得聚合物的结构明确,且聚合物的分子量分布随HDA投料量的增大逐渐变小。进而通过热压成型工艺将PDHCA-co-PHDA制成片材,研究聚合物样片的降解性能,研究发现HDA的引入有助于加速聚合物样片的降解。

【Abstract】 A degradable polyester PDHCA- co- PHDA was synthesized by thermal polycondensation of 3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid( DHCA) and 10- hydroxydecanoic acid( HDA). The structure of the polymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared( FTIR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance( 1H- NMR). The structure of polymers was clear based on the analysis of FTIR and 1H- NMR. The results showed that the molecular weight distribution of polymers was decreased with increasing the feeding amount of HDA characterized by gel permeation chromatography( GPC). The polymers could be pressured into sheets by hot press molding,and the degradation of polymer sheets was studied. The results showed that HDA accelerated the degradation of polymer sheets.
